The rules for using 2K Crew Finder and sharing content with other players.

2K Crew Finder is an independent community app for finding teammates for 2s, 3s and 5s runs in NBA 2K, managing crews, and messaging other players. It is operated by 1001718595 ONTARIO INC. of Belleville, Ontario, Canada (“we”). By creating an account you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community & Child Safety Standards. 2K Crew Finder is a fan-made service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the NBA, 2K, Take-Two Interactive, Visual Concepts, Sony or Microsoft. Game, console and platform names belong to their owners and are used only to describe where people play.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 13 years old, and older if the law where you live requires it. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must review these terms with you and agree to your use. Provide accurate signup details, keep your password private and do not impersonate anyone. Your birthday is used only to check eligibility and never appears on your profile. One person per account; do not share, sell or transfer accounts.
Acceptable use
No harassment, bullying, hate speech, slurs, credible threats, doxxing, scams, impersonation, spam, illegal activity, or attempts to access another person’s account. Do not post pornography, sexual solicitation, graphic violence, or content encouraging self-harm or harm to others. Child sexual abuse or exploitation, including grooming, sextortion, sexualized depictions of minors and child sexual abuse material, is strictly prohibited and is reported to the authorities. These rules apply to usernames, profiles, builds, crew names and logos, run posts, replies, direct messages, crew chats, the community chat, GIFs, photos and videos. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users: we remove content and restrict or terminate accounts that break these rules, without notice where the situation requires it.
Your content and permissions
You keep the rights you have in your content. You give 2K Crew Finder the limited, worldwide, royalty-free permission needed to store, display, resize and transmit it so the features you use can work, subject to the Privacy Policy. Only upload material you have the right to share, including permission from people shown in photos or videos. Do not upload another person’s private contact details. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for copies other people made independently and the short backup retention described in the Privacy Policy.
Runs, crews and player statistics
Hosts choose their run requirements and crew leaders manage memberships. Player builds, overall ratings and win percentages are self-reported by each player and are not verified against NBA 2K accounts. A listing or invitation does not guarantee a spot, a game result, or another player’s availability. Do not charge other players, arrange gambling or wagers, or misrepresent rewards through the app. Runs expire automatically; an expired post is removed from discovery but is not a data deletion.
Reporting, blocking and enforcement
Tap the three dots beside a message, or open a run’s options, to report it with a reason. Open a player’s profile and its options menu to report or block that player. Blocked players cannot message you, join your runs, or send you friend requests, and their messages are hidden from you. Reports go to the 2K Crew Finder moderation queue, where they are reviewed by our team and acted on, normally within 24 hours, by removing content, warning, restricting or terminating accounts. Text that contains hard slurs or solicitation is refused automatically when it is posted. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
External services
Discord invite links open Discord, and an animated GIF added by its web address is loaded from the site that hosts it. Those services have their own rules and privacy practices; 2K Crew Finder does not operate them and does not guarantee their content. Never share passwords or payment details in chat or with other players.
Deletion, availability and changes
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account, after confirming your password. The deletion screen explains what is removed before you confirm, and you do not need to contact anyone or transfer crew leadership first. We may suspend or end the service, or change features, at any time; we will give reasonable notice when we can. The app is free and contains no purchases, subscriptions or advertising. It is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows; mandatory consumer rights are unaffected. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. When we materially change these terms we will update the date above and ask for a new acceptance where the law requires it.
