Email support@quintesports.ca. A person on the 2K Crew Finder team reads every message and replies by email. Tell us your gamertag and what happened. Never send your password.
Support inside the app
Signed-in players can tap the lifebuoy icon at the top of the Home screen to send a support ticket to the team.
Forgot your password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?, enter the email on your account and use the 6-digit code we send you to choose a new password.
Report or block a player
Tap the three dots beside a message, or open a run or a player's profile and use its three-dot menu, to report it. Block a player from the three-dot menu on their profile. Reports go to our moderation team; see the Community & Child Safety Standards for what happens next.
Delete your account
Open Settings and choose Delete account. If you cannot sign in, follow the steps on the account deletion page.
