Delete your 2K Crew Finder account
You control your account and its data.

Open Settings → Delete account, read what will be removed, enter your current password to confirm it is you, and confirm. The app deletes the account on our servers, clears the data on your device and signs you out. This is permanent, not a temporary deactivation.
What is removed
Your sign-in identity, email address, birthday, profile and uploaded photos, builds, settings, friendships, memberships, applications, blocks, notifications, support tickets and the reports you filed. Every run you hosted and every crew you led is removed, along with their chats. The text and media of messages you wrote are erased everywhere; only a “message removed” placeholder stays in the conversation so other people’s replies keep their context. You do not have to transfer crew leadership first, but you can if you want that crew to continue.
What may remain
Other players’ own content is kept. Reports that were filed about your account are kept as a moderation record without your identity. Backup copies of the database are destroyed within 14 days. Screenshots or copies other people made outside the app, and records held by third-party services such as Discord, are outside our control.
Without access to the app
Email support@quintesports.ca from the email address on your account with your nickname and the words “delete my account”. We will confirm the request and complete the deletion within 14 days. Never send your password.
Request account deletion
Email from the address registered to your 2K Crew Finder account. Include your nickname; never send your password. The operator must verify the request and confirm completion.
