2K CREW FINDER

Community & Child Safety Standards

Everyone deserves a safe place to find teammates.

Updated October 10, 2026

Respect other players

No harassment, hate, slurs, threats, bullying, doxxing, scams, account theft, impersonation or spam. Keep run requirements about gameplay. Do not pressure people to reveal their real name, location, school, passwords, birthday or payment details.

Prohibited content

Do not share pornography, sexual solicitation, graphic violence, illegal goods, or content promoting harm. Content involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children is prohibited everywhere in 2K Crew Finder: usernames, profiles, logos, run posts, replies, direct messages, crew chats and the community chat. This includes grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexualized depictions of minors and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

How to report and block

Tap the three dots beside any message you did not write and choose Report message to send it to our moderation team with a reason. On a run post, open its options menu to report it. To report or block a player, open their profile and use its options menu. Blocking is immediate: the player can no longer message you, join your runs or send you friend requests, and their messages are hidden from you. You can unblock from Settings → Blocked players. Do not attach, forward or re-upload suspected CSAM when you report; identify the account or content and we will handle it.

What happens to a report

Every report goes to the moderation queue, where our team reviews it, normally within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these standards, and warn, restrict or terminate the accounts responsible. Confirmed child sexual abuse material and exploitation are reported to the Canadian Centre for Child Protection (Cybertip.ca) and to law enforcement as Canadian law requires, and the evidence is preserved for them. Automatic filtering also refuses posts and messages that contain hard slurs or solicitation. You can appeal a moderation decision by emailing support@quintesports.ca.

Age and privacy

Do not use the app if you are under 13 or below the minimum age where you live. Never ask a minor for private information or sexual content. Nobody’s email or birthday is shown in the app.

Child safety contact

Our designated child safety contact is support@quintesports.ca (1001718595 ONTARIO INC., Belleville, Ontario, Canada). For immediate danger contact local emergency services first. In Canada you can also report online child exploitation directly at cybertip.ca.
