About the role
Lead a night crew of ten through the cross-dock rush at our Moncton terminal. Sunday–Thursday, 22:00–06:30. You'll run the dock plan, drive safety, and keep trailers moving on schedule.
What you'll do
- Direct nightly cross-dock operations
- Assign doors and manage freight flow
- Coach crew on safe handling
- Report exceptions to morning dispatch
What you'll bring
- 2+ years warehouse experience, 1+ leading
- Forklift certified
- Comfortable with scanners and dock software
- Reliable on a night schedule
