About the role
We're hiring a senior developer to lead delivery of our demand-forecasting platform. You'll work across a TypeScript/React front end and a Node/Postgres back end, own features end to end, and mentor two intermediate developers. The team ships weekly, reviews everything, and keeps meetings to a minimum.
What you'll do
- Design and ship features across the full stack
- Lead code reviews and uphold engineering standards
- Mentor intermediate developers on the team
- Work with product to scope realistic milestones
What you'll bring
- 5+ years building production web applications
- Deep TypeScript and SQL experience
- Experience operating systems in production
- Clear written communication
