About the role
Lead compilation and review engagements for owner-managed businesses, mentor two juniors, and build direct client relationships. Genuine 40-hour weeks outside of March and April — we mean it, and we pay overtime when busy season bites.
What you'll do
- Lead review and compilation engagements
- Prepare corporate tax returns (T2)
- Mentor junior staff
- Manage client relationships year-round
What you'll bring
- CPA designation
- 3+ years public practice experience
- Strong T2 preparation skills
- Caseware/TaxPrep experience an asset
