About the role
Design flows that nurses and clinic admins use every single day. You'll own discovery through delivery for our scheduling and intake surfaces, run monthly research calls with real clinics, and work in a design team of three with serious craft standards. Remote anywhere in Canada.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end design for core product areas
- Run user research with clinic staff
- Maintain and evolve the design system
- Pair closely with engineers through delivery
What you'll bring
- 4+ years product design experience
- Strong systems thinking and Figma craft
- Research experience in complex domains
- Healthcare or B2B SaaS an asset
