About the role
Own the marketing calendar for a brand people actually love. You'll run two product launches per season, manage a coordinator and a rotating bench of freelancers, and own a seven-figure budget across paid, email, and retail co-op.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute seasonal launch campaigns
- Manage paid social and search budgets
- Lead email/SMS program strategy
- Report on CAC, LTV, and channel mix monthly
What you'll bring
- 5+ years consumer marketing experience
- Hands-on paid media experience
- Strong copy instincts
- Retail or DTC apparel background an asset
