About the role

Own the marketing calendar for a brand people actually love. You'll run two product launches per season, manage a coordinator and a rotating bench of freelancers, and own a seven-figure budget across paid, email, and retail co-op.

What you'll do

  • Plan and execute seasonal launch campaigns
  • Manage paid social and search budgets
  • Lead email/SMS program strategy
  • Report on CAC, LTV, and channel mix monthly

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years consumer marketing experience
  • Hands-on paid media experience
  • Strong copy instincts
  • Retail or DTC apparel background an asset
