About the role
First and second-line support for 140 staff across nine branches. You'll image machines, untangle printer mysteries, administer M365, and assist our infrastructure lead on network refresh projects. Banking experience not required — patience is.
What you'll do
- Resolve tier 1–2 tickets across hardware and software
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Maintain branch hardware and peripherals
- Document fixes in the knowledge base
What you'll bring
- 2+ years IT support experience
- Solid Windows and M365 administration
- Driver's licence (occasional branch visits)
- CompTIA A+/Network+ an asset
