Hotel Front Office Manager

Lead a front office team of twelve through Banff's year-round seasons. You'll own scheduling, guest recovery, and the night audit process, and sit on the lodge's leadership team. Staff housing available — a real one-bedroom, not a bunk.

• Lead front desk, reservations, and bell teams
• Resolve escalated guest situations
• Manage labour scheduling to occupancy
• Own night audit and cash handling standards

• 3+ years front office leadership in hotels
• PMS experience (Opera/Mews or similar)
• Grace under a full lobby
• Second language an asset

• $62k–$72k + bonus
