About the role
Run a 6-storey wood-frame site from excavation to occupancy. You'll own schedule, trades coordination, quality, and safety, backed by a PM who clears roadblocks instead of creating them. One project at a time — we don't split supers across sites.
What you'll do
- Direct daily site operations and trade sequencing
- Enforce safety program and toolbox talks
- Hold the schedule and flag risks early
- Run quality walkthroughs and deficiency lists
What you'll bring
- 5+ years supervising multi-family construction
- Wood-frame mid-rise experience
- Strong scheduling instincts
- Gold Seal or CSO certification an asset
