About the role
You'll own a book of ~80 SMB accounts across Quebec and francophone markets, running onboarding, renewals, and growth conversations in French and English. The CS team is six people and reports straight to the COO — your feedback shapes the roadmap.
What you'll do
- Own onboarding and renewals for your accounts
- Run quarterly check-ins and training sessions
- Translate customer feedback into product requests
- Hit net-retention targets
What you'll bring
- Fluent French and English, written and spoken
- 2+ years in customer success or account management
- Comfort with SaaS tooling (CRM, support desks)
- Based in greater Montreal
