About the role
Hunt and close mid-market accounts (50–500 seats) across Manitoba and northwestern Ontario. OTE $150k with uncapped commission, real inbound from our MSP reputation, and an SE who joins every technical call. Average deal $4–8k MRR.
What you'll do
- Build pipeline through outbound and referrals
- Run discovery and demos with IT leaders
- Negotiate and close managed-services contracts
- Hand off cleanly to onboarding
What you'll bring
- 3+ years B2B closing experience
- Tech or managed-services sales an asset
- Disciplined CRM hygiene
- Based in or near Winnipeg
