About the role

Hunt and close mid-market accounts (50–500 seats) across Manitoba and northwestern Ontario. OTE $150k with uncapped commission, real inbound from our MSP reputation, and an SE who joins every technical call. Average deal $4–8k MRR.

What you'll do

  • Build pipeline through outbound and referrals
  • Run discovery and demos with IT leaders
  • Negotiate and close managed-services contracts
  • Hand off cleanly to onboarding

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years B2B closing experience
  • Tech or managed-services sales an asset
  • Disciplined CRM hygiene
  • Based in or near Winnipeg
